Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. You can shop with confidence, knowing that we stand behind our products. All returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of the date of purchase. The product must be returned in it original packaging and in re-saleable condition. We will not accept returns or exchanges on used products, special orders or customized merchandise. All packages that are refused will be shipped back to you freight collect. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
We will gladly accept a return but will charge a 10% restocking fee in addition to any un-reimbursed shipping charges. If you are making a return based on an error we made, we will gladly give you a full refund and pay for return shipping. Returns must be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS regular. No other method of return shipment will be reimbursed. Be sure to keep your shipping receipt until credit is issued. We reserve the right to require proof of delivery of the return shipment prior to issuing credit. We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.
We will gladly make exchanges on any new product. You will not be charged a restocking fee but will be charged the cost of shipping for the replacement product.
Please allow up to 1-2 days for your order to be processed. Delivery should be received within 2-5 business days of ship date. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
Rates are based on the weight of your order. When you check out, the weight of the items in your cart will be calculated against the shipping method you have selected.
Oversized items will be charged a “dimensional weight”. Sometimes bulky items, although light, are charged based on the space the package occupies in the delivery vehicle. Oversized items may be charged an additional fee.
Special shipping arrangements may be necessary for select locations.
